It was a donation by the local 'Bürgerstiftung Herrenberg' for its tenth anniversary.
The model is located outside and is accessable all the time (24/7/365).
There is no admission fee.
The explanations at the 3D Orientation Model are also written in Braile to give blind people the possibility to see and feel the city of Herrenberg.
