Locatio of tower: Cooney t. & Railroad Ave, behind post office, Blackwater

This cylinder style water tower is accompanied with three service buildings. I assume a pump house, and city maintenance garage, not sure what the other building is>

Only text on town is the city name in big black letters, running vertically down the tower.
