The park is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM. This is a large municipal park, with a sizable playground, tennis courts, basketball court, walking trails, a nature area, a pavilion, and even fishing. There's plenty to do while your vehicle charges, and yes, the park has public restrooms and drinking fountains.
While there are three stations here, Blink's website currently lists two, and only one has an operational touch screen. You'll probably want to have your Blink card with you, although there are stickers with a number to call if you don't have a Blink card. Check with Blink for current rates, but these are definitely fee-based charging stations.
