"Shown as Nos.4 and 5 on Ordnance Survey map. 2 houses. Datestones AD/1861/RP for Rev. R. Pulteney. Squared coursed ironstone with ashlar dressings and Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plans. 2 storeys. Together comprising a 4-window range of 3-light stone mullion windows with leaded lights. 2 C19 doors, between window ranges, have moulded stone surrounds with 4-centred arched heads. Ashlar gable parapets and stone stacks at ridge and ends. Datestones above doors."
