Coat of arms of Sir William Henry Barber, 1st Baronet of Culham Court in the County of Berkshire are to the left-hand side of the main entrance to the Barber Institute of Fine Arts.

The Blazon of the arms is as follows:
Or, on earth in base Azure an oak tree proper Azure, fructed Or, between two mullets Gules dexter and sinister over all foxhound passant proper on chief ermine a Rose Gules barbed and seeded Or, over all inescutcheon Argent a sinister hand erect aupaumee and couped at the wrist Gules, between Rose Gules barbed and seeded Or, on dexter and sinister.

The Argent inescutcheon on the chief contains what is known as the 'red hand of Ulster' (Irish: Lámh Dhearg Uladh). This is usually shown as a right hand, but baronets such as Sir Henry are permitted to use the left (sinister) hand. (visit link)
