Channing Heights Park is located at 6300 SW Valley Ave, Beaverton, Oregon. There is no off-street parking but ample parking along SW Valley Ave. The park is accessible east of SW Valley Ave, south of SW Allen Blvd and west of SW Erickson Avenue. The coordinates are set to the center of the basketball courts. This park is open dawn to dusk.

This location has two full sized but not regulation sized basketball courts which are in good condition. The playing surface is mostly smooth, the nets are in good condition but there is no striping. The coordinates were taken at the center of the basketball courts. Note to potential users: Under Surface Quality below, please disregard my selection "Poor, No Lines, Potholes and weeds". There is no selection for "Good Surface with No Lines" nor is there a selection for "Other" where I could type in a more accurate description.
From the park website: "Three-acre Channing Heights Park is in Beaverton's Highland neighborhood, on SW Valley Avenue south of SW Allen Blvd. (in between Fir Grove Park and Fir Grove Elementary). It is also accessible from SW Erickson Avenue. The park consists of basketball courts, grassy lawns, a paved walking path, and picnic tables. A new playground, featuring several climbing features and a swing set, was installed at Channing Heights Park in 2010."
