The Duke of York is a local village pub and restaurant that specialises in serving steaks and traditional pub food.

The pub sign is mounted on the side of the building. It has a red background and depicts the Arms of John of Gaunt, 1st Duke of Lancaster with the name of the pub in gold lettering at the bottom of the sign. (visit link)

The award winning pub offers a seasonally varied country pub menu also a delicious lunch menu, hot and cold sandwiches, pub favourites and a home cooked traditional lunch served on Sundays. (no food served on Mondays)

The bar offers a selection of draught lagers, ciders, real ales and a fantastic selection of wines, and flavoured gins.

They are open every day, have a small car park to the rear, an outside seating area and are dog friendly.
