Outside:
Its main facade is composed of a broken arch door underlined by a solid molding, a coat of arms, an oculus with eight lobes and an exposed gable decorated with hooks. There are two crosses, one on the cob and another on a low wall to the left of the opening. The facades of the aisles have an opening with a broken arch. The back consists of a apse apse. The cover is in regular-gauge slate on the main body and it is in scales on the bedside. The chaining is made of granite ashlar.
The interior:
The ceiling is made up of false warhead vaults marked by keys hanging in their center. A broken arch niche is located in the apse. It houses a statue of Sainte-Anne.
History
Originally the site was called the "Squire's house". A fountain and three buildings appear on the Napoleonic cadastre of 1811. Although the chapel is not present on the cadastre, we note the presence of a plot called "the enclosure of the chapel".
On the Napoleonic cadastre of 1843, the chapel appears for the first time. The Maison de l'Ecuyer is made up of two new buildings which create a courtyard.
At the end of the 19th century, the arrival of the railway cut the property in two. The fountain is on the other side of the rails. The chapel is represented on a map from 1890.
In 1954, the city of Dinan wanted to acquire land on rue du Verger and rue Saint-Malo to create a service road and a housing estate. A real estate appraisal is carried out and provides a precise description of the buildings. During this evaluation, the buildings were judged to be dilapidated and in poor condition.
During the second half of the 20th century, the buildings were destroyed and made way for the new gendarmerie barracks. "

L'extérieur :
Sa façade principale est composée d'une porte en arc brisé soulignée par une moulure pleine, d'un blason, d'un oculus à huit lobes et d'un pignon découvert orné de crochets. On distingue deux croix, une en épis de faîtage et une autre sur un muret à gauche de l'ouverture. Les façades des bas côtés ont une ouverture avec un arc brisé. L'arrière est composé d'un chevet en abside. La couverture est en ardoise à pureau régulier sur le corps principal et elle est en écailles sur le chevet. Les chaînage sont en pierre de taille de granite.
L'intérieur :
Le plafond est composé de fausses voûtes d'ogive marquées par des clés pendantes en leur centre. Une niche en arc brisé se trouve dans l'abside. Elle abrite une statue de Sainte-Anne.
Historique
A l'origine le site s'appelait la "maison de l’Ecuyer". Une fontaine et trois bâtiments apparaissent sur le cadastre napoléonien de 1811. Bien que la chapelle ne soit pas présente sur le cadastre, on constate la présence d'une parcelle se nommant "le clôt de la chapelle".
Sur le cadastre napoléonien de 1843, la chapelle apparait pour la première fois. La maison de l'Ecuyer est composée de deux nouveaux bâtiments qui viennent créer une cour.
A la fin du 19e siècle, l'arrivé du chemin de fer coupe la propriété en deux. La fontaine se trouve de l'autre côté des rails. La chapelle est représentée sur une carte de 1890.
En 1954, la ville de Dinan souhaite acquérir des terrains sur la rue du Verger et la rue Saint-Malo pour créer une voie de desserte et un lotissement. Une évaluation immobilière est réalisée et elle offre une description précise des bâtiments. Lors de cette évaluation les bâtiments ont été jugés vétuste et en mauvais état.
Durant la deuxième moitié du 20e siècle, les bâtiments furent détruits et laissèrent place à la nouvelle caserne de gendarmerie. "
