Selon Wikipedia, "l'église de la Nativité-de-la-Sainte-Vierge-d’Hochelaga est une église catholique située dans le quartier Hochelaga de l'arrondissement Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve à Montréal. Son adresse est le 1855, rue Dézery. Sa construction fut terminée en 1924.
Même si la paroisse a été fondée en 1867, le premier bâtiment ne fut inauguré qu'en 1877. Il a été détruit par un incendie en 1921. La même année, le curé Georges-Marie LePailleur fait reconstruire l’église paroissiale sur le même emplacement, en utilisant la façade et le clocher qui ont été récupérés. Le clocher, datant de 1906, s’élève à plus de 80 mètres. Surmonté d’une flèche, il abrite cinq cloches dont la plus lourde pèse environ 2 500 kg.

According to Wikipedia, "the church of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin of Hochelaga (French: Église Nativité-de-la-Sainte-Vierge-d'Hochelaga) is a Roman Catholic church in the borough of Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Its address is 1855 Dézery Street. Its construction was completed in 1924.
While the parish was founded in 1867, the first building only opened in 1877. It was destroyed by fire in 1921. The same year, Father Georges-Marie LePailleur rebuilt the parish church on the same site, using the facade and the bell tower that had been recovered. The bell tower, dating from 1906, is over 80 meters. Surmounted by an arrow, it contains five bells, of which the heaviest weighs about 2500 kg.
