Located in front of the Steak 'n Egger (formerly Snuffy's) Restaurant. Includes the name of the mayor Jeffery Tobolski and a Route 66 logo. Also there is a large metal rooster underneath.

There's another similar sign in nearby Summit, also in front of a Steak 'n Egger. Perhaps the restaurant chain has something to do with these?
