The little village of Spittalfield is situated in the eastern part of Perthshire on the A984 road between the towns of Dunkeld and Coupar Angus. The bowling green can be found in a rural location to the west of the village.
The green sits by the north side of the A984 and is surrounded by a hedge, a narrow opening faces the road on the south side. Opposite on the north side is the clubhouse.
