These chargers are in the parking lot for the Corning Glass Welcome Center. There is a free bus to Corning Glass Museum. It also stops at the Rockwell Museum.

Parking is free, the chargers are not. There is a 4 hour limit which is a long time to be in a museum. It is totally possible to spend that much time here, but I overload in half that time.
