BRONZE DISK STAMPED DESOTO-B SET IN THE TOP OF A 12 INCH DIAMETER ROUND CONCRETE MONUMENT THAT IS 2 INCHES ABOVE THE GROUND. THE UNDERGROUND DISK IS SET IN A IRREGULAR MASS OF CONCRETE 48 INCHES BELOW THE GROUND SURFACE. IT IS ABOUT 6 FEET WEST OF THE EASTERLY APEX OF A CONCRETE CURBING, 3 FEET NORTH OF A CONCRETE CURBING AND 3 FEET SOUTH OF A CONCRETE CURBING.

IN ST PETERSBURG. TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE INTERSECTION OF U.S. HWY. 19 AND U.S. ALT. HWY. 19A (PINELLAS BAYWAY, S.R. 682). RUN WESTERLY ON PINELLAS BAYWAY FOR 2.3 MILES TO THE INTERSECTION S.R. 693 (PAVED SIDE ROAD LEADING SOUTH TO FORT DESOTO PARK). TURN LEFT ON S.R. 693 AND RUN SOUTHERLY FOR 6.85 MILES TO THE INTERSECTION OF S.R. 699. TURN LEFT AND RUN EASTERLY AND NORTHERLY ON S.R. 699 FOR 1.45 MILES. STATION ON LEFT AT THE S.E. END OF GRASS TRINAGLE LANE DIVIDEN, 7.1 FT. WEST OF THE BACK OF CURB, 4.0 FT. SOUTH OF THE BACK OF CURB, 3.0 FT. NORTH OF THE BACK OF CURB. SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST THAT IS FLUSH WITH THE GROUND.
