Spaccanapoli is a is the straight and narrow street in the old, historic center of the city of Naples that gets its name from the fact that is splits Naples. The street begins a t Via Benedetto Croce then along Via San Biagio until you reach the Cathedral of Naples.
The street is teeming with life, as both tourist and residents mingle along the narrow street closed in by tenement buildings. A myriad of shops, churches, and monuments line the route. This area preserves the true character of Naples.
