This cylindrical tank was constructed in 1921 and stands south of the public library in an alley between 2nd and 3rd Streets and S. Main and S. Jefferson Streets. It is painted silver and has HOBART painted on it. The cylinder is supported by four steel legs, and has a domed top. It is approximately 125 ft. tall. Benchmark FK0584 is mounted at the top of the tank.
