The center of the mural is a blue seal of Texas. On the upper left is a tree with a field of bluebonnets. On the upper right is a mockingbird.
On the left of the seal is the US flag. On the right is the Texas Flag.
Below the US flag and the Texas flag are four other flags that flew over Texas. Next to the US flag is the San Jacinto monument. Below it is a covered wagon and cowboys. Along the edge are portraits of Texas patriots. To the right of the Texas flag is the Alamo and four portraits above it. At the far right is a man riding a horse.
