The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has set up a web camera on the north side of the Morgan-Sullivan Bridge so that citizens can monitor the traffic across the Westfield River into Agawam from West Springfield during the reconstruction of the Morgan-Sullivan Bridge. Because of the multi-year construction project, it is sometime necessary to close all traffic on the bridge, as was the situation when this web camera image was captured.
