Also known as Igreja Paroquial do Crato, this temple is located in the historical core of the town, immediately under the old castle.
Built originally in the 13th Century by the Malta Knights, it was renovated in the 16th Century.
Some of its features are Baroque, with the inside originally sober but enriched gradually from the 17th Century.
