The discovery, shortly before 1937, Merovingian sarcophagi, attests to the seniority of the occupation of the place. Of the medieval church there is probably a part of the walls of the nave - high and narrow bays - the bell tower, the choir. On the south side we can see the construction changes between the base and the top of the walls. The misalignment between nave and choir shows several stages of construction. The oldest part seems to be the choir that is very developed (about ten meters) and that we can admire from the outside.
In 1881, the church was restored by the parish priest Bernard: the roof was raised, which crushes the silhouette of the bell tower, the frame in broken arc must date from this period which also saw the completely new construction of a sacristy. The large high altar, supported by six columns, seems to be of the same period. It was advanced, following the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965), in the second span of the choir to allow celebrations in front of the people, which was already practiced during the first Christian millennium.
In the 19th or perhaps the 20th century, a large rectangular room with a window to the east and an altar was attached to the north side of the chancel. Dedicated to Saint Radegonde, it is called "chapel of men". From the 19th century and the first half of the 20th date statues of Saint Joseph and the Child and Virgin and Child on both sides of the entrance of the choir, the statues of Saint Radegonde and Saint Teresa against the west wall; among them are the plaques recalling the memory of the soldiers who died in 1914-1918, the victims of 1939-1945 and a death in North Africa. On the north wall of the choir, opposite the sacristy, was placed an old painting, distracted a time of the church, later bought back and given to the parish
Above this door, a glass roof from the Morthemer Glass Jade workshop (Sébastien Trouvé) was donated by the municipality in 2004.

La découverte, peu avant 1937, de sarcophages mérovingiens, atteste de l'ancienneté de l'occupation du lieu. De l'église médiévale il reste sans doute une partie des murs de la nef – baies hautes et étroites – du clocher, du chœur. Du côté sud on voit bien les changements de construction entre la base et le haut des murs. Le désaxement entre nef et chœur témoigne de plu-sieurs étapes de construction. La partie la plus ancienne semble être le chœur qui est fort développé (une dizaine de mètres) et que l'on pourra admirer de l'extérieur.
En 1881, l'église a été restaurée par le curé Bernard : la toiture fut surélevée, ce qui écrase la silhouette du clocher, la charpente en arc brisé doit dater de cette période qui vit aussi la construction complètement à neuf d'une sacristie. Le large maître-autel, porté par six colonnes, semble être de la même époque. Il a été avancé, à la suite du concile de Vatican II (1962-1965), dans la deuxième travée du chœur pour permettre les célébrations face au peuple, ce qui se pratiquait déjà durant le premier millénaire chrétien.
Au 19e siècle ou peut-être au 20e, une grande salle rectangulaire, avec fenêtre à l'est et autel, a été accolée au côté nord du chœur. Dédiée à sainte Radegonde, elle est dite « chapelle des hommes ». Du 19e siècle et de la première moitié du 20e datent les statues de saint Joseph et l'Enfant et de la Vierge et l'Enfant de part et d'autre de l'entrée du chœur, les statues de sainte Radegonde et de sainte Thérèse contre le mur ouest ; entre elles sont fixées les plaques rappelant le souvenir des soldats morts en 1914-1918, des victimes de 1939-1945 et d'un mort en Afrique du nord. Au mur nord du chœur, en face de la sacristie, a été placé un tableau ancien, distrait un temps de l'église, par la suite racheté et remis à la paroisse
Au-dessus de cette porte une verrière, venant de l'atelier Verre Jade de Morthemer (Sébastien Trouvé), a été offerte par la municipalité en 2004.
