This siren is mounted atop a wood pole. It is located on the south side of E. 3rd Street, across from Salem Baptist Church.

The siren consists of a single rotating horn. In Oklahoma these sirens are used to warn of incoming severe weather. The town of Rocky is located right in the middle of what is often called "Tornado Alley".
