Pippa Passes is a verse drama by Robert Browning. It was published in 1841. It tells of a young factory worker named Pippa skipping down a street in her home town in Italy.
The statue of Pippa is in front of the Armstrong-Browning Library on the Baylor Campus in Waco. Behind the statue is bas-relief medallions that reflect the four sections of the poem: Morning, Noon, Evening and Night.
