The Courthouse constructed in 1903 is a single storey symmetrical face brick building with sandstone sills, string courses and column capital mouldings. The entrance has a flat roofed porch with colonnade verandah roofed in slate at either side. The slate roof is dominated a central belfry-like roofed ventilator.
