This asian lady is standing inside her house, among priceless art objects such as a red lantern, ceramic pagoda and beautifully lacquered red and yellow furniture. Wearing white rimmed sunglasses owing to the strong rays of the sun shining through her windows, she is resplendent in a traditional Cheogsam dress and conical hat with red sampan sails on top and red silk strips left to hang under it. Her red and white dress is accentuated by the presence of a large dragon from hem to collar. She is seen wearing expensive jewelry on her evening gloves. Her posture, with arms raised and pointed towards her, suggests that she is a confident person who persevered and achieved her ambitions in life.
