This El Camino Real bell is one of a group of bells that were erected in 1970 in the Old Town Tustin area. Each of the bells were sponsored by a different organization.
This bell is on a busy intersection as Newport Blvd is a main throughfare. There is parking next to this bell, but it is for an office complex (that is usually quite empty). There are several other parking lots in the area that you would be able to use in clear conscience if you were to buy a coffee or other food items.
