The Orlando International Airport Terminal A Parking Garage fountain is outdoors at ground level by the south end of the central corridor pedestrian path where it meets an east-west sidewalk. To its west is an elevator, an escalator, and rental cars; more rental car locations are to its east.

Hardscaping of brick pavers and textured concrete surrounds the two-level water feature. Soldier bricks form a low, oblong border 1 to 2 feet outside the organic shape of the pools. The lower pool has a shallow concrete surround, similar in height to a street curb, which is coated in white paint. Large bark mulch nuggets fill the space between the brick and concrete rims. The interior pool is a couple feet deep and has a trio of foam jets that are uplit with synchronized shifting colors. Water falls over openings in the coquina rock face of the medial basin, one each north and south and two along the west side. The interior of both pools is an aqua blue color.
