CZ: Plaketa na náhrobku je dílem sochare Václava Hynka Macha (15.2.1882 - 24.3.1958). V letech 1903 až 1905 studoval na Umeleckoprumyslové škole v Praze u prof. Suchardy a Kloucka, poté na Akademii v Praze u prof. J. V. Myslbeka. Vetšina jeho del byla vytvorena a dodnes je instalována v Brne.
František Kvapil (15. února 1855 Žhery u Ceského Brodu – 19. ríjna 1925 Praha) byl ceský básník, publicista, prekladatel a reditel kanceláre Muzea Království Ceského (dnešního Národního Muzea). (

K nepresnostem na náhrobku došlo zrejme vinou vysokého veku zadavatelky, sestry F. Kvapila.
EN: The plaque on the tombstone is the work of sculptor Václav Hynek Mach (15.2.1882 - 24.3.1958). From 1903 to 1905 he studied at the School of Applied Arts in Prague under prof. Sucharda and Kloucek, then at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague under prof. J. V. Myslbek. Most of his works were created and are still installed in Brno.
František Kvapil (February 15, 1855 Žhery near Ceský Brod - October 19, 1925 Prague) was a Czech poet, publicist, translator and director of the Office of the Museum of the Kingdom of Bohemia (today the National Museum). (
