This lady's polka dot dress blends very well with her environment. The colours woven into the fabric of her dress are shown near the bottom of the structure in front of which she is standing. Her red brimmed hat allows some distinction between her dress and background. She is wearing a skirt adjusted at the waist and a jacket with buttons in front. On her right wrist is a diamond encrusted watch. Of note are her earrings which are pink on her right ear and green on her left. She appears to be fascinated by the aerobatics being performed by the Royal Canadian Air Force's aerobatic team, the Snowbirds during an air show over Parliament Hill.

Drew Mandigo created the first seventeen Downtown Rideau Mural Boxes installed in late 2016, from his Auntie Mame Series. Stunning in their originality, Drew’s works feature digital collages of ladies dressed in 1950’s and 60’s fashions, and are inspired by the spirit of the 1958 film of the same name. Several new pieces were released as part of the 2017 mural box expansion project, including one featuring a lady trapped in a glass dome, surrounded by butterflies, and a unique piece dubbed ‘the upside-down lady’.
