The Church of the Monastery of Agia Triada is dated to 1631. The Monastery complex was completed in 1634 by a pair of Cretan monks, the brothers Ieremias and Lavrentios, of the Venetian Orthodox Tzagarolos family. The Monastery exhibits elements of both Byzantine and Renaissance style architecture.

The Monastery Church is is located in the center of the courtyard surrounded by a 330' by 225' rectangular building complex with an entrance on the west side. The entrance features a bell tower, a flight of steps, and an arched portal. The three domed Monastery is made of light brown stone in the Venetian style. The larger dome in the center is over the main altar. It is flanked by two smaller domes which are over smaller chapels. Pair of Corinthian columns flank the entrance and four Doric columns decorate the façade. The courtyard is planted with bougainvillea, oleander and seasonal flowers.
