Tourisme France offers low-cost to higher end river cruises within the Paris area (as well as bus tours, cruise and dinner, tours to northern France, etc.).

I took the Seine Cruise as it was only an hour and only 11€ and you only had to arrive on the hour of the day of the ticket - not at a specific time since this was my first day in Paris and I did not know how long it would take to check in, etc., at the hotel. The tour was in both French and English with a little Spanish. The Captaine was a woman, which was nice to see. I was able to book from my home in Denver, Colorado, USA and they emailed vouchers which I printed out as my ticket.
They also offered longer cruises, with lunch/dinner and nighttime cruises; all at a reasonable cost. For an extra fee, they would pickup/dropoff back at your hotel.
