The former Van Nelle factory for coffee, tea and tabacco. Was build by architect Leendert van der Vlugt and completed in 1931. It's considered a fine example of 'Nieuwe Bouwen' (modern architecture) and full of light to work in. Nowday's its restored an in use as a multi-company building and event location.
In 2015, the Van Nelle Factory topped the list of The 25 Most Beautiful Factories in the World.
The building can be visited and guided tours are available.
