Kaple z roku 1761 obehnaná hrbitovem stojí na kopci jihovýchodne od obce. Zdená omítaná kaple se zaoblenými hranami záveru je kryta valbovou strechou. Na streše tašky, vežicka plech.
V interiéru kaple se nalézá fresková výzdoba.
Osový, kamenný, pravoúhlý portál s nápisem a chronogramem: Domus salvatori conse crata.
