The This original sandstone Milestone has more recently been cemented into the side of the concrete footpath near the Watson Bay baths. There are chiseled inscriptions on each of the four sides of the rectangular stone prism base - with a square lintel, and then a steep pyramidal peaked top. Two sides have the same inscription, though one is a lot more weathered than the other, which reads:
