A zinc spire mounted on two zinc plinths. The lower plinth is simulated stone, the upper plinth has CHISHOLM on one side and an epitaph on the opposite. The upper and lower sections of the spire have ornate patterns and symbols with panels in the middle of each side, one is broken loose. The spire is topped with an urn, which is also broken off. The headstone is about 7 feet high.
