Formerly housed at 2100 N Lincoln Blvd, the OK Historical Society moved it's headquarters and museum to a new, larger building in 2005. The building has three floors, with exhibits on the first and third. The second floor houses the Historical Society offices. The first floor also houses the research library.
The grounds around the museum are a museum in themselves. On the grounds are oilfield equipment, a cannon, sculptures, a botanical garden, and more.
