These millstones can be seen on the grounds of Roça São João dos Angolares. Roça is the word of the tropical plantations in São Tomé e Principe. The old Roça is now being used as a historical guesthouse and the millstones are part of the decoration of the nice garden there. It's not necessary to be a guest to gain access to the garden.
The origins of these millstones are unknown. Perhaps they were used in the plantation of perhaps they were brought by the current owners from somewhere else.
