Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears S89.1°W from T18S 11E S22 27 1/4 COR, 1322' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe; rising 1"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found two ponderosa pines, each with a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside. Found a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal on a Carsonite post which bears E, 48" distant and PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on another Carsonite post which bears N, 49" distant. Also found a 1-1/2"x 3/4" wood lath which bears N, 4" distant.
