A memorial bench dedicated to all the victims of 9/11 is in a formal garden at the southern end of Wilcox Park, immediately east of the public library in Westerly, Rhode Island. The bench is placed on the northeast corner of the garden on a heavy slate walkway. Made of squared oak stock, a brass coated plaque is attached at the center of its top horizontal plank and is engraved:
