From the intersection with Cascade Lakes Highway, ORE46, travel generally S on FS4600-100 for 1.3 miles. Continue 0.5 miles on Deschutes River Trail No. 2.1. At a trail junction, turn left, cross a dike, then turn right and go an additional 0.1 mile. The quarter corner is on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on a galvanized iron pipe; rising 8"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is about 100' S, up a steep grade. Found two ponderosa pines each with a yellow BEARING TREE tag on the front and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the back. The nearer tree has a second LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the front.
