Narrandera station built in the early 1880's is a single storey and constructed of painted brick with rendered quoins and surrounds to windows and door openings, the platform verandah has timber posts and iron lace brackets.
The two storey stationmaster's residence constructed of brick with a hipped roof clad with corrugated iron. A double storey verandah to the front has timber balustrading.
