After gathering a lot of attention in the OKC Metro, a self-proclaimed "Second Amendment Auditor" has been arrested. The photo posted to social media of him entering the restaurant with a rifle made national news.

Police have arrested a self-proclaimed "Second Amendment auditor" who was pictured bringing a rifle into a Twin Peaks restaurant in Oklahoma City.
Timothy Harper was arrested on a complaint of carrying a weapon in a place where alcohol is consumed. On Tuesday, he was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.

Even with the new constitutional carry law in Oklahoma, people still are not allowed to carry a rifle into a business where alcohol is consumed. Officials with the Oklahoma Second Amendment Association said they do not endorse Harper's actions.
After seeing the initial picture that sparked the controversy and led to Harper's arrest, the owner of a restaurant in Yukon told KOCO 5 that he's changing his restaurant's gun policy.
