From the intersection with US20 NW of Sisters, travel 0.9 miles SW on Cold Spring Cutoff, FS1012. Turn right on FS1012-300 and continue NW about 1.4 mile to a gate. Continue about 190' to the reported location of T14S R9E S15 14 23 22 COR, below grade in the road. Turn and walk cross-country NE about 1860' to the present sixteenth corner.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on a concrete pier; flush with grade

A T-post bears S, 8" distant. Two ponderosa pine bearing trees [reported to be more than 300' distant] were not found.

Deschutes National Forest all around
