Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, 22nd Street Station Bus Loop is very close to the start of the East Richmond freeway network. From this location, buses whisk people to their homes in Queensbourgh, Surrey, and Delta.
Beyond this, it serves as a primary focal point of getting to the industrial areas of Annacis Island and Richmond's Fraserwood areas.
While there are just the typical passenger features of bus shelters and benches, the station and bus loop just underwent a major upgrade. One of the most exciting is this bus loop has the first battery-electric buses charging stations.
