CZ: Podle krestanské verouky byla Panna Marie manželkou Josefa a matkou Ježíše Krista.
Nedávno obnovená a vzrycená barokní socha Panny Marie Karlovské v Chržíne. Dríve stávala patrne pri ceste mezi Chržínem a Budihosticemi, kde však nemohla vzdorovat neprízni doby. Ponicenou památku, jíž chybela hlava, obnovil sochar Pavel Kytka. Podstavec však není puvodní.

Recently restored and erected Baroque statue of the Virgin Mary in Chržín. It used to stand on the road between Chržín and Budihostice, where it could not resist the bad times. The damaged monument, which lacked the head, was restored by the sculptor Pavel Kytka. However, the pedestal is not original.
