According to the littlefreelibrary website information for this library, "We are a small ELCA Lutheran church with a love of God and our community! We've been collecting some great books- novels, biographies and non-fiction- and would like to share those through the Little Free Library. Members have built and painted the library to resemble our church, which was built in 1941. Our worshipping community has been gathering for 105 years to experience the wonder of living in the grace and mercy given freely to us in Jesus."

The library is next to a Little Free Pantry, on the side of the church.
