Little Free Library 84621 is located adjacent to another library, near the pavilion at Gulick Park. The base is painted with striped colors, the outside trim around the front is red with colorful squares, and the inside trim around the front is black and white stripes. The structure has two shelves to accomodate books. The back side of the library has the words: Open a Book/Open your mind. The side panels are also painted, but you can only see the left side since the right side is where a second library is attached, obscuring the view.
A sign on the bases states:
