Uvnitr kamenné petiboké ohrádky s balustrádou hranolový sokl nese vysoký podstavec zdobený kartuší s latinským nápisem, ukoncený rímsou. Na podstavci je umísten jednoduchý, nahoru se zužující a konkávne probraný soklík, nesoucí stylizovaný oblak s postavou Panny Marie, odenou v bohate vertikálne clenený šat a plášt, vytvárející ve výši kolen zvlnenou horizontální linii. Figura je prostovlasá, s hlavou vzhuru otocená, mírne esovite prohnutá a ve výrazném kontrapostu; levá ruka položena na prsa, pravá volne pokleslá k boku. U nohou postavy stojící andílek, letící postavy andílku pridržují pak pod ní na celní strane erb donátora. Na hranolových sloupcích balustrády jsou na úzkých soklících osazeny postavy sv. Jana Nepomuckého a sv. Jana Sarkandra; figury v mírném kontrapostu, odené v obvyklý šat, s birety na hlavách a atributy mají nevýrazne provedenou draperii.
