This Little Free Library is sponsored by The Fulkerson Library on Trinity River Campus of Tarrant County College. This LFL's website lists a couple of places where books can be donated other than at the LFL itself.
In design it's similar to "Book Dynasty" or "Cedar Roof Basic" models, but the roof is not like either of those.
It appears not to be registered on the LFL website at the time of this writing.
