EN: This tourist office is located right next to the aerial tramway station on Lauchernalp. It shares the building with a restaurant called Zudili.
It is one of two locations of the information desk Lötschental; the other one is located in the village of Wiler down in the valley bottom.
The office mainly covers offers in the Lötschental, a large side valley in northern Upper Valais, which records around 200,000 overnight stays per year, but is still not as crowded with mass tourism as the canton's better-known holiday resorts.
DE: Dieses Tourismusbüro befindet sich gleich neben der Seilbahnstation auf der Lauchernalp. Im gleichen Gebäude befindet sich noch ein Restaurant namens Zudili.
Es ist eine von zwei Standorten der Infostelle Lötschental; das andere befindet sich im Dorf Wiler im Talboden.
Das Büro deckt vor allem Angebote im Lötschental ab, ein grosses Seitental im nördlichen Oberwallis, das pro Jahr rund 200'000 Logiernächte verzeichnet, aber trotzdem noch nicht so vom Massentourismus überlaufen ist, wie die bekannteren Ferienorte des Kantons.
