Little Free Library 9207 is at the east side of Optimist Park, near Hillcrest Dr. and W. 33rd. The front panel of the structure shows an owl, with the words Take a Book/Leave a Book. The side panels are painted with butterflies/flowers and bees, and each has the name Hays Public Library on it. The back panel is painted with flowers and bees.
The structure is located next to the pavilion, at a popular recreation area, a great spot for a Little Free Library.
