This double-sided wooden Smokey Bear sign is in good condition at the Meredith Fire Department in Meredith, New Hampshire. The sign is posted along Daniel Webster Highway which runs west of Lake Winnipesaukee's Meredith Bay. The south side Smokey decal has peeled away from parts of his legs. The fire danger was LOW on the day of my visit.
